There is beauty in everything. Many beautiful objects are discarded. Why create new forms when they already exist. The obsolete, broken, and nonfunctional can be given a new context. A lot of modern sculpture is inaccessible in its concept, scale and form. I'm trying to work on some of those problems.

As they say, one man's junk is another man's treasure. Though from what I've seen in some of Chicago's alleys, some men's junk belongs in the dump. Nice work seeing the beauty in the discarded, and contributing to a bit of conservation at the same time.
